This place is crazy legit. I literally wake up in the middle of the night after fervid dreams, desperate for the chihuahua dog.

As someone who grew up in New Jersey, my love for Taylor Ham is both inexplicable and immense. If you know what I'm even remotely talking about, stop reading and order a Morning Jersey. Proceed to fall in love with it. Eat two of them. The true veteran will opt for some tater tots to compliment aforementioned wonder-dog: then take a nap from the food coma you just induced.

Everything I've tried has been great. The Stoner (or whatever they call them now) packs always satisfy. Be warned though that anything with chili or cheese sause will probably arrive very soggy if you're ordering delivery.

Always hits the spot when I am crazing some comfort food. I got a dog with coleslaw and baked beans and it was delivious and not soggy at all. The cheesy tots are amazing too. Love this place.

Great place, highly recommended. Our favorite toppings are bacon, avocado, raw onion & mustard.

In 1999, Brian Shebairo and childhood pal Chris Antista hashed out a plan to serve hotdogs in the alley behind Lansky Lounge, a (now closed) speakeasy that Chris operated in Manhattan's Lower East Side. They grew up in New Jersey eating at Johnny & Hanges, Callahan's, Hiram's, Rutt's Hut, Nathan's and Walter's. On October 6, 2001, after two years of research and development (riding their motorcycles throughout the northeast to sample hot dogs as far as the Windmill in South Jersey and the Super Duper Weenie in Fairfield, CN) Brian and Chris opened Crif Dogs, a name they came up with when Brian tried to say his former partner's name with a hot dog in his mouth.
